There is already an ACTIVE ADOP CYCLE with session id : SP2-0640: Not connected adpreclone cannot be run with pending ADOP session

To resolve the issue test the following steps in a development instance and then migrate accordingly:

1. Download Patch 22271970: ADPRECLONE.PL FAILS ON DELTA 7 along with any required pre-req patches.

2. Apply Patch 22271970 along with any required pre-req patches per the readme instructions.

3. Retest adpreclone.pl and confirm the script runs to completion.
