Trying to access weblogic admin server getting, after I ran ETCC for EBS R12.2

The Server is not able to service this request: [Socket:000445]Connection rejected, filter blocked Socket, weblogic.security.net.FilterException: [Security:090220]rule 2



In order to fix this issue, please take a backup config.xml in your domain, then remove the following lines:

Example:
/u01/app/EBS/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_EBS/config/config.xml

 oracle.apps.ad.tools.configuration.wls.filter.EBSConnectionFilterImpl
 . * * allow
 0.0.0.0/0 * * deny
 true

 Once done, save and restart the services.
