After RMAN restore to another server. Please check the source and target database version you have.

In my case, 

source:  11.2.0.3.0

target: 11.2.0.1.0




sqlplus / as sysdba

sql>startup upgrade

sql>@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catupgrd.sql

sql>@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql

sql>shut immediate

sql>startup
